Rodriguez has 20 years of banquet and catering experience. Combine that with Kendra’s 10 years in the banquet and special events industry, and they are a powerhouse of premier customer service.

“We provide a gourmet meal with fine dining presentation at an affordable cost,” Rodriguez says.

Many wedding couples choose An Event to Remember’s dual entrées such as a grilled angus ribeye steak coupled with crusted tilapia topped with a creamy lemon butter sauce. On the Italian side, chicken marsala and chicken piccata are favorites. A crowd-pleaser is an action pasta station where chefs prepare a variety of pastas tossed with fresh sautéed vegetables and delectable sauces.

“We are geared to do so much,” Rodriguez says. “No matter what it is, we can do it. Just ask.”

Linens Galore

The linens showroom of An Event to Remember displays hundreds of table coverings in an array of colors. In satins alone, the company boasts 60 colors in addition to 40 colors of organza and 50 different style and color combinations of taffetas. Textured varieties include embroidered, pin-tucked, crushed and laced fabrics.

Brides are welcomed to visit the showroom to see and touch the linens as they make their selections. To complement table linens, the company supplies self-tied and fitted chair covers and sashes.

Beautiful Blooms

The floral designer of An Event to Remember creates customized arrangements that are beautifully displayed.

Among its accessories ideal for garden weddings are wrought iron arches, rustic iron candle stands and wrought iron stands that hold dainty tea lamps from a hook.

The company decks out indoor and outdoor receptions with unique centerpiece stands that are difficult to find anywhere else. Its rustic votive candelabras extend branches that can be ornamented with blooms and greenery while its wrought iron tree has arched branches with hanging candle holders.

“The flowers and accompanying accessories really complete the ambience of the event,” Rodriguez says. “Our floral designer has a great eye for knowing what will make your flowers stand out.”

Making it Visual

Couples experience every aspect of the company’s services during a luncheon tasting of their menu. Table linens, chair covers, centerpieces, flowers, china, napkins and fresh flowers are arranged just as they will be on their big day.
